- **Gluten-free**: the fresh-mashed potatoes are gluten-free, as are the Hot Potato Pie, Beef Chili Fries, and Cheesy Bacon Fries. Fries cook in a dedicated fryer that never touches breaded items. Gluten-free sauces: honey mustard, cheese sauce, BBQ, garlic ranch, blue cheese, house Mashy sauce. **The gravy and most breaded meats are not gluten-free.**
