Mashed Potato Bowls in Albany
The original experiment. A mash bowl at MashMore is a full meal built on fresh mashed potatoes rather than served beside them: a base of potatoes mashed in-house that morning, a protein, vegetables and cheese, then a house-made sauce.
Ours are mashed in-house every morning. Never frozen, never instant, never held over from yesterday. Whole potatoes, peeled and mashed here, so the texture holds up under gravy instead of turning to paste.

Five sauces are made in-house: House Mashy sauce, Fire Kiss Mayo, garlic ranch, Green Zing and Lemon Yogurt dressing.
The fresh mashed potatoes themselves and the Hot Potato Pie are gluten-free. The beef gravy and most breaded meats are not. Tell us when you order and we will help you build around it.
