You can't get this anywhere else. Most chicken tenders are breaded in flour. Ours are raw chicken tenders, hand-breaded and wrapped in potato we shred in-house, then fried into a crispier, craggier shell with more surface area for sauce to catch on. The crunch stays longer than a standard breading.
It's the item we get asked about most. As far as we know, nobody else in Albany or the wider Capital Region makes it. If you try one thing here, make it this.

Wrapped in golden potato shreds, delivering an irresistible crispy bite with juicy tenderness inside. Sauce is included at no extra cost. Five sauces are made in-house, including House Mashy sauce and Fire Kiss Mayo.
Are the tenders gluten-free? No. The tenders are breaded, so they are not a gluten-free item. Ask us when you order. Fresh mashed potatoes and dedicated-fryer fries are the usual starting points.
