A mash bowl starts where most restaurants stop: with the mashed potatoes. Ours are mashed in-house every morning — never frozen, never instant, never held over from yesterday — and they're the base of the meal rather than a scoop on the side.
From there it's yours to build. Pick your base, add a protein, pile on toppings, and finish with a house-made sauce. Five signature bowls are on the menu if you'd rather we do the deciding, and every one of them is under eleven dollars.
