A potato-shred crispy tender is a raw chicken tender, hand-breaded and wrapped in potato we shred in-house, then fried into a craggier shell that stays crisp longer than flour breading. Most chicken tenders are breaded in flour. Ours are wrapped in golden shredded potato instead, which fries into a shell that's genuinely crunchier than a standard breading — and stays that way longer.
